11/14/2016 · You can simply type in the Circle’s center point including a Z coordinate, and it will draw it at that elevation relative to the current Coordinate System’s XY drawing plane: Command: CIRCLE. Specify center point for circle or [3P/2P/Ttr (tan tan radius)]: 1.5,1.5, 0.75 .
With orhto on, I can draw a line in z axis (Isometric view) but can’t draw the circle . I think this problem is mainly due to UCS as I’ve accidently met such a problem in AutoCAD 2007. But restoring to previous view, the problem was resolved there.

2/22/2009 · If you are in Top view and you rotate your UCS 90 degrees around the X axis , the UCS icon should now be displayed as XZ and if you try to draw a rectangle, it will appear as a straight line because you are looking at it on edge. Try switching to one of the isometric views and then rotate your UCS and draw a rectangle.
Right-click the UCS icon, and click Rotate Axis. Click X, Y, or Z. As you drag the cursor, the UCS rotates in the positive direction around the specified axis. You can also specify a rotation angle.
Click Home tab > Modify panel > Rotate 3D. Find Note: If necessary, set the 3D Modeling workspace current. Select the object to rotate (1). Specify the start point and endpoint of the axis about which the objects are to be rotated (2 and 3). The positive axis direction is from the start point to the end point, and the rotation follows the right-hand rule.
